Molokay congrats on your determination. No magic bullets here, just hard work and hard truths. Diet is key to losing weight. Add on good fuel and remember, to lose weight you have to burn more calories then you are consuming. Won't work any other way. Building muscle will help you to burn more calories because you need more calories to build/repair/feed this new muscle. As far as Hydroxycut and other thermogenic pills, save them for the week before you hit the beach or perform in the Chippendale show! Again, diet and exercise will get you where you need to go.
