sorry to bust your bubble, but your stating in the wrong area. fat loss starts in the kitchen, and is then accentuated with working out. You can do the same workout, and eat two different ways, and gain or lose accordingly.
visit the samples in here on workouts. find a decent workout, add in some cardio and you'll do fine to start. focus on your eating first though, you need to eat for fat loss.
