Exercise Routine to Lose Fat and Gain Muscle
Hello All:
I'm a guy tired of being overweight and definitely ready to lose that fat. I just finished putting together my home gym Body-Solid EXM1500S. I do not have the time or accesability to a gym. As of now I'm 240 lbs. and my normal weight should be around 190 to 200 lbs.
In order to achive my goal, lose fat and gain muscle, what exercise routine should I follow? Also, will any energy pills like Hydroxicut will help in some way? If you think it will, which one you believe is the best in the market?
I'm ready to rumble, I just need your advise. Any suggestion will be much appreciated, what will be just a comment from you, to me, will be a life changing matter.
