3 months isn't alot of time...
but 300 bucks, will buy you 3 months with my trainer... and I'm fairly confident it's enough time to get you close to or beyond a 350 bench, and he might be able to help you hit that squat too..
You'll need a way to take vids of your lifts (I use a simple digital camera), and more then likely he'll suggest you buy some lifting bands to aid in training, or make some boards, it all depends on what you have available at your gym.
But i'm sure he could make a big impact.. and it's natural too.

Best thing is, you'll see large improvements with just changes to form.... but he will make you stronger too.. without a doubt.. (this guy kicks our asses combined.)
