Just some advice please.
Well, I play football and I'm at the point to where there is a large line
Put it this way. I either gain a lot of muslce and weight w/ a supplement, or I don't get anywhere.

Now you tell me. I can sit here, take my protein, eat my diet etc, and only get a D2 school after me (Yes I have D1 Schools after me but when they see my strength they leave)
I'm very embarrassed. I'm 6'4 298lbs. 17 years old. I only bench about 280 (I dropped when I got off of some nitric pumps). My squat is a sissy 400. (Two knee surgeries)
So my question is, what should I do? I only have 3 months to get my bench to about 340-350 and my squat to 500. I'm tired of taking the same protein, the same diet, and everything. Is there something out there BESIDES CREATINE that will help me? I've got a friend who's trying to get me on pro-hormones and d-bol., and I'm really confused. I KNOW pro-hormones are illegal, so I don't want to touch them. I've also been told Steriod Stacker and 1-Test Plus is the way to go. Is there anything that is just as good out there to help me get to my goals?
