Oooops, i forgot to state not a weight gainer scoop, but a typical protein scoop.

I used to take a full scoop of whey, and throw in one scoop of weight gainer. I think one scoop came to about 20 grams maltodextrin
I wasn't paying attention to the ingredients...I didn't realize that it was maltodextrin...Thanks for clarifying Traps!
