If you meant something different, then that's good to clarify. However, from your comment you do in fact state that where you are from "everyone" makes fun of chicks w/fake boobs when they pass by.
I merely questioned where a place like this would be and by the immaturity of such acts assumed that if this is the behaviour you witness first hand then either you 1. do not participate in such judgements, yet witness it firsthand 2. You do not comment, but then you hang out with an immature crowd or 3. you are exagerrating.
