This is why they go under the muscle now, because when not going under the muscle it results in a chest with two perfectly round balls atop it that look as though they may pop any minute...very un-natural IMO. My PS will not even put implants in that would result in an unnatural size for a womens' frame...he feels those women have body image issues and refuses to do those types of surgery.

what's the cost? Just curious to see the difference of the cost now from 10 yrs ago.
