I played rugby in high school and loved it..just one season tho unfortunately...i have since been looking for an oppurtunity to play again and it looks like i'm going to get it as i am transferring to a school with a rugby program
just a quick question to any1 else out there who plays rugby on what you do in the off season to keep in shape/skills training/weight training etc
in case you were wondering i am 160lbs and played fullback in high school...thats probably what i'll be playing in college to since i'm not big and ugly enough to be a forward
