I said everyone makes fun of or talks crap about them when they pass by...
Examples
a) at a bar while sitting and drinking (yeah im underage and i still get drinks so what)
b) at a pool hall (which could also be a bar lol)
c) at the beach
d) at a restaurant...
and the list goes on.....meaning when there is one around, people NOTICE they're fake and they poke fun at the women. Of course unless the women have decent size boobs after the surgery then it might not be as noticeable but most of the time it is.

It is a very childish activity to participate in. I try not sit around and think negative things about others while I'm going about activies, such as eating dinner, playing pool, going to the movies. It surprised me to see you post that cause I didn't think you were one of those guys. If I were concerned with what 18 year old boys thought of me perhaps I would not get breast augmentation partly because of this reason, however I'm doing it for myself and no, I will not get freakishly large breast implants. One should research the plastic surgeon, go on several consults and select one that practices in making enhancements look as natural as possible. This is why they go under the muscle now, because when not going under the muscle it results in a chest with two perfectly round balls atop it that look as though they may pop any minute...very un-natural IMO. My PS will not even put implants in that would result in an unnatural size for a womens' frame...he feels those women have body image issues and refuses to do those types of surgery.
