Creatine...Before or After workout?
I know that in the NiteHawk post he said to take it after the workout, but I was just wondering why. I don't have the knowledge you guys do, and I was j/w. It didn't really make sense to me because I thought that the creatine allowed your muscles to do more work by changing ADP back to ATP. It just didn't make sense to me because you don't need that to happen after your workout, but during it. So I thought you would want to have a "filled up stock of creatine" before the workout. Also I wanted to make sure we should take the creatine even on non-workout days. It would make sense to me.

PPS. What are some good, quality products that contain CEE?
