Personally i believe the whole caffinine destroying the creatine is a load of bull...



PLENTY of ECA/Creatine stacks out there with plenty of good reviews. Ive drank several cups of coffee on CEE and Monohydrate and got just hte same effects as when I cut the caffinine out completely on previous cycles.


ECA and a creatine stack would be good
