Celltech question?
I have had the 5 day saturation period of creatine as suggested,is it really necessary to take the full 10 grams worth of creatin right after my excericise routine(2 scoops)?or could I maybe get away with just one scoop instead of two,that would be 5 mg of creatine instead,Ive heard that anymore then 5 mg at one time is a waste and wont be beneficial,whats everyones opinion on this,thanks for any help.
