Take 2 scoops of Cell-Tech immediatley after your workout

About 20 to 45 minutes later follow up with a Protein Shake mixed with Water. I would recommend you pick up some ON 100% whey or something other than the MM.

MM contains the slow digesting protein I think is called Cassien which takes a few hours to absorb. The ON 100% is absorbed within about 15 minutes and has all the good BCAA's to boot.

Take your MM with Skim Milk only before you go to bed.
