Default cytogainer too many calories post workout?

Hey guys i was thinkin if 900 calories was too high for post workout and would i be better off takin it like 90 min prior to lifting & noxplode 30 min prior then just a protien shake after and cyto before bed...and i would work some oats in my post shake for some carbs....thanks guys for the input
