Bulk Powders
I got a tub of cee from bulk nutrition. The label says 1/4 teaspoon is like 700+ mg's. Does anyone out there take the bulk cee or has taken in the past? How much do you take in a serving? I figure to try and get like 3 grams, which would be about 1 teaspoon. Should the teaspoon be level or heaping?
Same question goes for the bulk AAGK, which 1/4 teaspoon is something like 490 mg's? So one serving of that again I guess to be around 3 grams is 1 1/2 teaspoons? Again are these level teaspoons or heaping?
Same question again for bulk BCAA'S. I got two 500gram tubs.
