Well congradulations on you sustained fitness....but the comment "smoking effect nothin" is just plain wrong. Its cool that you are still ok, and there are always exceptions to all rules, but most of the time, someone who smokes will be in worse shape cardiovascularly than before they started smoking. Also, no matter how much you can still run and stuff, that doesnt negate the fact that you are saturating your lungs with smoke...im just saying, it does effect alot of things.
