Day 2

Shoulders
DB Military Press
DB Shrugs
Side Butterflys DB
Cybex Military Press
Arnold Press

Biceps
Preacher Curls
Standing Curls EZ Bar
Hammer Curls On Incline Bench
21's using BB
One Arm Curls on Cybex

Day 3

Back
Low Row
Dead Lift
Chin Ups
Lat Pulldown
Roman Chair

Legs
Squat
Leg Press
Calf Raise Standing
Calf Raise Sitting
Leg Extensions (quads)

I also rotate abs every other day.
