Default Flax seed and green tea question
Hello ,
Just wanted to know I've been taking flax seed caps twice a day for 3-4 months now , but I seen on the package that it says to not take the caps for no more than 3 months at a time 4 times a day, why is that?

Anyone?

Also is green tea same to take with clononazepam?
