That's what I'd do if I were at my apartment, but when I'm away from my apartment for most of the day I can't carry my blender, milk, and fresh fruit around with me everywhere.
I'm looking for something that has mostly complex carbs so I can use it between meals without having to worry too much about spikes in insulin.
