im 15, 5'9 and im stocky but im also 223 pds or so.. I got some muscle on me and ive been working for about a month but i see no real changes at all..
Is there anything I can use that ISNT bad ?
I play football, I did not go to Varsity because I didnt want to(wanted to keep grades up), Im gonna join again next year, im kind of lookin for a kind of fast way to be able to play te/rb next year, as im fast enough and powerful enough just not small enough.
I know that nothing will really replace cardio and good workout/diet habits, but im trying and I cant really seem to make progress.
