If i knew four years ago what i know now, i would be much better off. Diet is SO SO SO important. I rank it as the second most important thing in any fitness program. The first is commitment and dedication to follow through.
I had no idea how important diet was until i started posting here, and its made a world of difference.

Add to that reading. Read all everything you can get your hands on about weightlifting, supplementation, body building, etc. Knowledge will allow you to make good decisions and learn what not to do.
