Before I started taking Kre- Alkalyn I was taking No- Xplode which I did like, but I wanted to try something different. The Xplode gave me a good amount of energy, but with the new creatine I dont get the same thing. As a substitute I started taking Taruine pills, which also had a good amount of vitamin B6 in them for extra energy and other things it does (wont get into that).
