Unfortunately I have no experience with fat burners! I've never really tried anything other than using green tea caps.
I have just this week started using sesamin. There are many products out there now with sesamin. I'm interested in it's ability to supposedly help with fat burning and because it is supposed to help prevent inflammation. I have fibromyalgia so that is rather important to me. If it helps me lose weight and I'm careful with my diet I'm hoping to convince my hubby to try it (he is terrible about his diet!). He has cholesterol problems and it sounds suitable for his needs also:
• Speed up Fat loss
• Reduce Fat gain even when eating extra calories. If you are bulking or just plain overeating, it can mean more muscle and less fat.
• Improve insulin sensitivity and better sugar metabolism
• Increase mitochondrial activity inside your cells, and therefore provide more energy production
• Protect the liver
• Decrease triglycerides
• Provides anti-inflammatory actions, protecting the brain, blood vessels and body from damaging inflammation
• Lower LDL (bad) cholesterol
• Raise HDL (good) cholesterol
• Increase vitamin E levels. Studies indicate that vitamin E not only protects the body from oxidation that can cause premature aging, but also can elevate and/or restore testosterone levels
