When doing dumbell military press I can barely get 50 lbs with my left and can easily do 80 to 90 lbs with right. My question is, do I continue to do db military press but at a weight my left shoulder can handle, or do I do another exercise until it is closer to the same strength.

If I do a seperate exercise, what would a good one be. I apreciate the advice.

Ok what type of Doc did you see??? You need to see 2 or 3 specialists and also talk to a Physical therapist.
