Trying a new stack what do you guys think?
I just fully healed from my separated shoulder all the way back in October (Couldn't lift at all for the first 2-3 months). I just bought these supplements what do you guys think and any advice on how much/when to take them?
I'm 5'9" 175 lbs if that is significant to how much to take. This will be my first time taking HMB, L-Glutamine, and BCAA supplements.
