so basically since thursday i hadnt ran, and it being easter weekend and i was not really home much i had a terrible weekend as in eating, tacobell 2 times and burgering on diff days. followed by easter candy.

i had school off friday and today, so friday i didnt lift i was pretty sore from wednesday... so Today i ate that easter candy i told you about.. (by the way this is sunday and mondays BAD food intake not just mondays) about 4 hershey kisses, some jelly beans, like 8 starbursts, about half of a cupcake, and 3 peeps.. i wasnt plannin on running today but i did i think i hit about 3 miles total and maybe .5 miles of that was walking. ill update more tomorrow im tired.
