I definitely lost fat everywhere and my legs are a little bit bigger but I think that is not the result I should have working out the way I have, sometimes I do everything exactly the way I should and I get frustrated because I don't see any change so I get very discourage, I never want to give up but I keep changing everything because I think that I am doing something wrong but now I think that that's exactly what I am doing wrong, changing all the time.....
My goals have been always the same, get a bigger lower body, tone my muscles and get bigger legs and butt, I know that you loos fat by doing cardio, eating right and lifting, which I do, I just haven't seen much growth in all this time.....
