Ok I took 2 months off my upper body because on an injury and thought I would keep a log of my rehab/workouts.

BB Bench: 135x15, 185x10, 225x15,15,15....very light
DB incline: 90x15, 100x15,15,15
Seated DB press: 50x12, 70x12, 12,12,12
Skull crushers: 115x10,10,10
Fet good, I did not go even close to failiure on any set, I will take it easy for 2 or 3 workouts and keep all my reps from 10-15 the next month.
