worket out chest/shoulders/triceps today. today was another good workout. i had some good pumps and i was looking jacked in the gym. benched 205 for 4 reps today, i'm hoping to get 205 by 6 or 8 reps by the end of the cycle. i'm defintily losing some fat i can see my V is more defined from when i first started the cycle. my arms are definetly fuller too. tomorrow starts week 3 of the cycle so i'm excited to see what it will bring. tomorrow is back/bi's/traps
