Use a resist-a-ball, and put it against the wall, chest height. Lean against it with one arm while facing forward. Then, start making small circles, first clockwise then counter. If this is too easy, move your legs back. When that becomes too easy, turn sideways and try it. This one of the best ways to rehab a shoulder, and build upon the smaller muscles around the joint itself for stability.
