I agree with everyone else, sounds like you answered your own question there bud. It's hard to trust (and therefore be intimate) with a girl once you've been burned, it takes time and understanding, especially on the part of your partner.
Have you talked to her about it? These kind of issues can be awful to deal with, and your girl might be having a hard time just like you... It would be a sad thing indeed if you lost her because you didn't sit her down and talk to her about it.
