The question is "do we believe there is intelligent life....", I worry about finding that on Earth before we go looking elsewhere. When can we start WW3? We are overdue for a good fight in which "intelligent" humans go on a mass killing spree of themselves.
Heck before 50 more years we are going to kill off at least 25% of the remaining species here on top of killing each other.
Hey, thats it! There must be intelligent life out there so we can continue killing!
