It's actually not unusual to feel younger if you take care of yourself. I am 53 and have recently gotten back into training after taking off a little time to give my shoulder a break which seems to be just what I needed.
Over the last 8 weeks I have totally restructured my body doing what I call my "Just do Something" routine. I started back focusing on basic exercises working out 3-4 times per week mixing and matching bodyparts,eating right, making sure I got adequate rest between workouts and stressing form over poundages. As a result I am very happy where I am right now and the comments I've been getting recently seem to prove the efficacy of my program.
I just ended a Ergomax LMG\Prostanozol 4 week cycle which worked well for me and am now int pct. If you choose to do any type of ph's just make sure you research and realize that training is more important than any supplement and supplements don't work the same for everyone.
The other cool thing is that our generation is bad A$$
