I forgot to mention that KR-ALA will be taken throughout cycle and PCT. I work out a 3 day split, swim twice a week and kickbox twice a week. Currently at 188 lbs, height 6'1. 14.5 inch biceps. I'm hoping to go over 15 inches while maintaining my bodyfat at 13%. I have gotten bloodwork done about 5 weeks ago, and I will do it again about 2-3 weeks after PCT, i will post results if anyone's interested. After cutting, planning to run a SD/PP cycle in the month of august, but not done designing it. Any comments are always welcome.
