Day 5 -
Pretty good day for a workout on one hour of sleep.. bench stayed the same but incline db presses went up 4 reps... 95x8 today, last week 95 x 4.. all my other exercises besides bench increased as well.. im starting to get ripped up already and my abs are coming back.. i have zero water retention, no acne, and feel great besides the fact i havent slept.
