my new split
Today I switched to a split workout I hit chest and triceps today I did 3 sets of each of the following
chest
declined flys
bent arm pullover
dumbbell press
triceps
lying triceps press
ezbar triceps press
skull crushers
I got to failure and will hit it again before I go home @5 today
tomorrow is legs and forearms I'll let you know. I appreciate any input from any one as well.
