Try some stair master, or cycle arobics machines for a while. Get your legs used to moving around fast. Gotta get the blood flowing good. And you should do small amounts at a time and build up.. Give yourself a couple days between these activities to heal and recover, and just dont push yourself to hard. If it keeps acting up, or gets worse you might want to consider a doctor.
