thanks.. halodrol isnt a harsh oral.. the sides of halodrol are a 6 on a scale of 100.. not the same for SD though.. but gains from SD are ridiculous.. im looking to put on a good 15+ lbs and get a ripped up in the process.. o and my cholesteral shouldnt be bad actually cuz of the hawthorne berries, ryr & cq10 plus im tkaing in about 55g of EFA's
