Yeah man its feeling real good....
I just cant do cetain things involving shoulder exercises..
Bent over lateral raises, and barbell shoulder presses
When i hit the gym i do militray presses , Since its more stable and i dont have to use all my stabilizer muscles to balance out the weight as much
Shoulder/back routine now is just basic
Upward rows
Shrugs
military presses
Lat tower
and front lateral raises
I also do a exercise where i bend my kness , using dumbells, i pull back and it really feels good on the upper back area
I think after i start my new job on monday im really goin to focus
on the chest more
