* Pressdowns dont build significant mass
But pressdowns they do have there place in tricep training and development.
I use mainly use pressdowns to get started and get my elbows nice and lubed up and only use them for 3 working sets
You need to include extensions or dips to build those triceps up.

These are the biggest mass builders in my opinion
