Some of the symptoms involved are: 1. Vomiting 2. Diarrhea 3. Abdominal Pain.
Second Posibility: Acute Appendicitis:
Symptoms involved:
Nausea, Inability to pass gass, abdominal pain on breathing, constipation, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain & sensitivity, ab pain near the navel, or pain when sneezing or any kind of activity i.e while lifting weights, coughing, and abdominal swelling.
Just some input from my Wife. Bump on the X-Ray have to have that done Bro, she said find a way or place that can do it as soon as possible. Acute Appendicitis are constantly mis diagnosed, according to her.
Hope this helps bro.

for shure.. I agree hon(poobs). Whatever it is, I know it's not something to be messing with especially if it's Acute Appendicitis.
