Clearly a silly fake, only a fool would say otherwise and did. Rumsfeld is a military incompetant, but not to that degree, or as incompetant as the worst "armchair general" ever, Saddam Hussein. Saddam set new standards in military incompetance and waste.
Attacking the Americans gets you dead. Attacking the Iraqi military probably gets you dead, and if they have the slightest bit of trouble, the American Army shows up......which gets you dead. It's far easier to target civilians who aren't armed.
If the stupid wimps started hanging the murders on the spot, which is perfectly allowable under Geneva, it might end. At least they have hung a few of the murderers. Targetting civilians makes you a murderer, not a terrorist. The liberal lying media still can't get the name right.
