this may seem elementary and you probably have seen this all over this forum but hows your diet?

Are you constantly loosing a steady amount of weight (1-2lbs a week)? Are you eating 5-6 meals a day? Are you eating breakfast? Are you meals about equally spaced apart? Are you eating healthy foods 99% of the time and eating out 1-2 times a week MAX!?Are you eating around 500 calories below maintenence and not 1000 calories below (cause its way too much and ure metabolism slows down and your body goes into starvation mode using muscle as energy not fat)? Do you even know what your maintenence caloric needs are? Are you doing 3-4 cardio workouts a week? Are you lifting weights on a regular basis?

If your answer is no to any of these not, dont bother to even think about a supplement. When you are doing all these criteria and are not satisfied with your results (and remember, loosing 1-2lbs a week is max unless you want to loose muscle along with fat) tweak your program a little and if that STILL doesnt fix it, then consider a thermogenic a.k.a. fat burner (which is basically some herbs and caffeine)
