Thanks guys..

But it's not just chest work.. the chest work is actually the fun part.. What I'll be doing more then anything is busting my posterior core... Strong hammies and a strong back mean strong squats and strong deadlifts....

You think most people neglect a good leg workout.. well posterior core workout's are neglected more so then even that....

time to break this camels hump.
