ev been on and off working out for about 2 years now. Im just getting back into it and am more serious then i ever was. I am bulking and just ordered some celltech and on whey protein. I plan to go on this regime for about 2-3 months then use just whey for about a month on its own and then i was looking into doing something more serious to help my gains.
i weigh 170lbs and im 5,11
you must understand i dont think im ready otherwise i wouldnt be here. Imjjst preparing myself for something i want to do. That is why im here asking questions and trying to do research, if you know of some great places i could find research on let me know
