I've used the pricey multis before because of their claims of higher uptake ratios (you absorb, like 60% of theirs, and the off-the-shelf brand you only absorb 20%, etc.). Since then I have found absolutley no difference (performance and/or recovery-wise) in just taking the generic/store brand multis and taking two at a time (repeat as needed). It saves a ton of money, and your piss will turn just as neon-orange!
From what I've heard, there are only about 4 companies that actually make vitamins, the rest just buy from them and slap their labels on them.
