I second that theory! "the fat should just melt off".Why Not!!
Either way any advice is wanted/needed.even if i think i'm doing everything right,i could be wrong!
my typical days schedule:and every meal is measured out to proper servings.and water,water,water,all day!and i am taking Ripped fuel EX supplements.
Breakfast:
1 bowl of Healthy start cereal/fat free milk,
and 1 cup of all natural fruit juice.
Lunch:
A small V8,and yogurt
Snack:
a balance/power bar
then is my workout,which is:
30 min on the eliptical trainer;then it's 30 min circuit/resisants training.(but on weekends i add on 20 min on the bike,after all that)and every other day is abs.and only sundays off.
after my workout is protein shake:
Dinner:
chicken/salmon/meat, small portion brown rice,veggie
Snack:a piece of fruit
HELP!
And to top it all off,i am a mom so my day is always running,running!
