So I've been on my new regulated diet for about a week now and I've been working out and giving my body rest time. I understand that I'm only just at the very very tip, I haven't even seen the iceberg yet. I understand that I won't likely see results for a month at the minimum. But Still I'd like some input on this.
I'm bulking right now, consuming a little over 3000 calories a day, my diet is very well rounded with perhaps a slight bias towards fats(mostly EFAs). I weigh ~165 right now, maybe more like 170.
Assuming I keep everything in order and workout my body, can I expect to see a pound every 2 weeks? is that unrealistic? could it be faster or slower?
As I see it, right now I'm building momentum, once I fully get into the swing of a program I'll probably start seeing maintained gains more regularly. But I'm really not sure.
Eitherway, it's time for my 4th meal of the day.
