Firstly, good work on your efforts. I'm sure we can help you out. We need more information. Usually people have awesome training regimes and "think" they are eating correctly but are in fact off on the diet. Heck i was one of those people for years and years LOL. A tuned-in diet can make some huge changes for sure. So anyway, if you can post out a typical day of dieting and training i'm sure we can help you out
